The broken heart is often regarded as a negative experience...filled with pain, regret, and suffering. When the emotional effect of these perceived breakings starts to overtake us we are propelled into a state of connection because our hearts emotions and presence is revealed, it is beautiful to be seen emotionally. When our heart is opened willingly or through unconscious decision, we are gifted the opportunity to rise above the pain and suffering by our energy coming through the now opened heart... forgiveness, acceptance,and joy. Grateful for the opportunity to share my heart as a flowing channel of love.
Let go of the cause of the experience, embrace and accept the present, the gift within that is the result of the experience. Like a book, the heart is only experienced and received in full when it is opened up for all to view...be your truest you!
